Our Trained Volunteers can help. They don't give any medical advice, but they can help you understand the disease better and help you work with your child's doctors to help your precious little one feel better.

Send an e-mail to Jennifer Rackley at rackleyfive@cox.net. If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours, send another message and send a copy to gergroup@aol.com. (Jennifer's neighborhood loses power in storms.)

Include:

your name and contact information
your time zone if you want a phone call
your child's age
any specific questions or concerns so we can find the best volunteer to talk to you

Please send another e-mail if a volunteer hasn't contacted you within 48 hours.

Please note that if you contact us, we will add you to our mailing list so you will get a free newsletter. You can always ask to be removed.

This service is free. We love to help you and that is our mission. If you can help us in return, that would be wonderful. It costs almost $333/day to run our volunteer program. Your donations help keep our volunteer program running. After you talk to a volunteer, you will see they can be worth their weight in gold. They can even save you money because you understand the disease better and they help you make the most of your precious doctor visits.
