Due to the high cost of postage and printing, we are trying to be a "paperless" organization. We urge you to print materials directly off of our web site. This saves our staff time and money so we can work on new projects.

If you need a packet of information for a friend who has no internet access, we will be happy to send a packet but it will be faster and save us money if you print materials and send them yourself.

If you work in a clinic or doctor's office, check out the PDF versions of many of our materials. They are ready to print and most have a place for you to put your address stamp.

Many of our materials are available in Spanish. In 2008, we received a grant to translate more documents and set up a separate web site in Spanish.
